Yes, under conditions. Conservatory attachment can be authorised by the attachment judge. We assess feasibility and act quickly.
What if my client disputes the invoice ?

Is an old debt still recoverable ?
It all depends on the limitation period and the available evidence. An old debt is not necessarily lost : we first check its admissibility, then the means to enforce it.
Can I recover late-payment interest and a fixed indemnity ?
Between businesses, the Belgian late-payment rules provide for late-payment interest and a fixed indemnity for recovery costs, in addition to the principal. Your contract or general terms may also include a specific clause. We check the amounts actually due and include them in the formal notice and then in the proceedings.
